I know, I know, get over it, right? Randy Moss is long gone. But the thing is, he's not long gone. His absence continues to haunt this organization.

Fans still wear his jersey to Vikings games. When his name first surfaced in trade rumors this offseason, many Purple faithful wanted him back here. Williamson was suffocated by unfair comparisons to Moss.
    This is so sad.

I think we even have a couple fellas on here who still think he is coming back.

I can hear them during a game now.........

    B-chill play calling sucks....
    He never throws it deep......
Why do we run the ball so much......
    He never throws it deep...........
    This WCO stuff sucks........
    He never throws it deep..........

    Booo Wooooo
    Randy is gone. Booo Woooo.

Bottom Line: We haven't been to the playoffs since Moss left.

When that happens, the whiners will go.

    I rather doubt it.

I almost took you on my board as the first responder...... ;D

Last I checked it took 53 guys (and alota luck) to win in this league.

He didn't get us in the playoffs in 2001, 2002, 2003.
    What happened there?
Must have been the other 52 guys that drug us down I suppose.

What did he do for us in 98, 99, 00, and 04.
Probably the other 52 guys again.

    Playoff Appearences: (24)
    1968, 1969, 1970, 1971, 1973, 1974, 1975, 1976, 1977, 1978, 1980, 1982, 1987, 1988, 1989, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2004

Comeon V you are a better poster than that.

Article Last Updated: 05/24/2007 06:16:13 PM CDT

The first two days of the optional practices this week didn't leave much room for optimism. Passes hit the turf at an alarming rate, with McMullen, new tight end Visanthe Shiancoe and project receiver Todd Lowber all struggling to hold onto the ball.
    No mention of T-Will there.

In another article I posted Hymes & Hankton where dropping balls right & left.
This is the second time I have seen Shank's name though.
Hopefully that is something he can shake soon.

On a more positive note, this is just the first couple of OTA's.
It is normal for some of the WRs to have some rust this time of year.

In this shot he is looking at Tarvaris' unit and he realizes that, in fact, yes, Tarvaris' huevos are big enough to get the job done.
it's not bionics.. he's letting go and using the force.. or the swartz..
depending on which version u like bttr..

to bad we don't have the pic of .35 sec after that 2 see if he caught it or not..
