if we could get a solid O lineman or two I would be happy.

5th and 6th round picks can still be good, i think Brady was a 6 or 7th round Pick and look where he is now, Trent Green was an 8th round pick and he's one of the better QB's in the league

but i bet we wouldnt use the picks that we got so it seems pointless. It seems like a waste if we trade him and dont get anything decent cuz he DOES have amazing potential.

I'm not really too happy with Bennett either, but I'm worried Moore may go down. Williams is great, but not a 20+ carry back. Fason is still unproven, although I would like to see him out there.

My point - hang on to Bennett for insurance for this season instead of unloading him for a pick late pick next season.

You can't expect to bluff anyone when you don't even start the guy on your own team.

Either he is expendable or he isn't good enough to start. The only one we might be able to talk into it would have to be Denny. He might have some sentimental value mixed in with Bennett.

It is like a Poker game and we have shown everyone our cards. If he was a true starter on our team, I would say 2nd or 3rd round pick max. The only way we get back into the poker game is if someone with no depth would need a RB because of an injury during the season, like the Dolphins of last year. It would also have to be a team that had a chance to make the playoffs.

kind of off subject here but does anyone know is B.williams is gonna be playing against atlanta?

i don't believe B.Williams is expected to play this week, same with Sharper. we're getting E.J back i believe so maybe our coverage on Crumpler(vick's favorite target) will improve, cuz the saints were putting up good number after they started throwing to their TE.

back to the subject at hand, i say right at the moment it's Moore job to lose for sure, he better not get injuried again or he'll never see the field.
