Re: Vikings' raging bull rusher needs to control his temper

Vikings look for sacks, not fights, from volatile Edwards

The Associated Press - Wednesday, August 08, 2007

MANKATO, Minn.

Minnesota Vikings defensive end Ray Edwards was talking with reporters following a practice earlier this week when safety Mike Doss snuck up on him from behind....

Doss was poking fun at Edwards' fisticuffs
I havn't seen the Hard Knocks program yet.
Did the fight look something like this?

He sure accomplished that.
All the little kiddies are gonna want a Ray Edwards jersey with blood all over it now.

Vikings Looking For Sacks From Edwards

Judging from what i've read i would much rather the edwards start in front of james because there is still no certainty that even if he comes back from the injury in time that he will play any good.

I know I am busy and can't read all the stuff Singer posts but didn't he post this story already.

Anyway.
I think we can almost forget about the "Who starts" idea as whoever is on the team, in this case DL, they will rotate so much everyone plays.

With that said, who really cares who starts?

Whoever starts will have a strong rotation and won't loose any production. Having Rasmus back will only make these guys better.

Looked more like Tyson (old not young mike) blows than the old school boxer.
It was 3 quick blows to the face mask, no knock outs though.
They probably weren't as bad as they looked even.
What looked bad was him losing his composure, it is one thing to get face mask to face mask, but to strat swinging was uncalled for and I don't even remember him getting face mask to face mask just swinging.
