    Too true...

For the ground game to reach unheard of levels, two things need to happen besides AD and CT playing great.
TJ needs to perform well enough to keep the drives alive.
Defense needs to get off the field as fast as possible.
I would love to see AD, CT, and even MH (for a few), sharing 50+ rushes a game.
With a MASSIVE discrepancy in Time of Possession... Offensive 40 min... Defense 20 min.

Peterson was quoted after the season as saying nobody had a more pronounced effect on his development during his rookie season that T-Rich
hinting at some controversy, or at least possible displeasure with Richardson's departure.
I bet AD would've liked to see him stay.

Yes he would have. That's not the first mention of it. AD talked about it when T-Rich hit FA. He thought it was a mistake that that the Vikings simply let him walk.

Age probably played the biggest role. I do like the sound of this.

the young, more aggressive Tapeh will keep the level of play on the field from suffering any sort of significant drop-off.

Re: Vikings Positional Analysis: Running Backs

Vikings fans may have got some good news from the Chargers in relation to their own fight for a stadium. When developer Ed Roski unveiled a plan for a new stadium in Los Angeles that had purple seats, visions of Peterson breaking long TDs for the L.A. Vikings made some fans throw up a little in their own mouths. But, it now looks like San Diego could be the team in their sights. The Chargers have tried and failed to partner with the city to get a new stadium deal and are currently exhausting their chances to get a deal done with county officials. If those fail, the option of moving north to L.A. becomes more of a possibility by the day. Here’s hoping their stadium talks break down and Los Angeles finally gets out of the nightmares of Vikings fans
    Good news

The RB is just a visual representation for the weak-minded of how well the offensive unit is functioning.

Hell, if they are following Minnesota's blueprint & they lose the Chargers to LA, all that means is that in a few years, San Diego will realize their mistake, build a new stadium to entice a new team & the talk will be of the Vikings moving to San Diego.

By that time we won all SB's in a row and there is no way we're leaving Minnesota
