except we didn't have the best d line in the nfl last year, and we didn't own both sides of the LOS, which is why we lost.

    Correct.
We had a very low sack per pass attempt ratio.
That should be much better this year.

We actually did have the best line in football... Most Rushing Yards Offense.... Least Rushing Yards on Defense...
    Disclaimer: I'm an idiot.

    That is only one stat.
We also had one of the lowest sack per pass attempt ratio.
646 pass attempts and only 38 sacks.
That is one sack every 17 pass attempts.

    Here is the full list:
    Team Att Sacks Ratio
    New York Giants 523 53 9.867924528
    New England Patriots 526 47 11.19148936
    Kansas City Chiefs 462 37 12.48648649
    Seattle Seahawks 568 45 12.62222222
    Dallas Cowboys 581 46 12.63043478
    Chicago Bears 541 41 13.19512195
    San Diego Chargers 555 42 13.21428571
    Miami Dolphins 409 30 13.63333333
    Denver Broncos 458 33 13.87878788
    Tennessee Titans 569 40 14.225
    Philadelphia Eagles 539 37 14.56756757
    Jacksonville Jaguars 543 37 14.67567568
    Green Bay Packers 534 36 14.83333333
    Tampa Bay Buccaneers 490 33 14.84848485
    Pittsburgh Steelers 536 36 14.88888889
    Baltimore Ravens 490 32 15.3125
    Arizona Cardinals 570 36 15.83333333
    New York Jets 470 29 16.20689655
    Oakland Raiders 439 27 16.25925926
    Detroit Lions 602 37 16.27027027
    New Orleans Saints 524 32 16.375
    St. Louis Rams 523 31 16.87096774
    Minnesota Vikings 646 38 17
    San Francisco 49ers 543 31 17.51612903
    Houston Texans 546 31 17.61290323

    Carolina Panthers 537 23 23.34782609
    Cincinnati Bengals 540 22 24.54545455

For the record, I think Minnesota is going to go up quite a bit, and KC is going to go down...

    EDIT:
God, looking at this is is amazing how much more dominant against the pass the NYG line was, and how horrible the Bengals line was...
