Simply put, did anyone (I picked them in the Football pool) think the Vikes were gonna beat SD?

There are two reasons the Vikings won't make the playoffs. I'll list them here:

    1. Brad Childress is the Head Coach

Good luck with that. Lambeau is not the Metrodome.

Is he a talent? Surely. Can he play in the secondary? I think not...

You need a TEAM to win, son, not one player...

Hodge on ESPN's NFL Live, said we would make the playoffs last night.

He really didn't say how, other than AD!

And Lambeau doesn't carry the mystique it used to either.

As for the team, seems to me, this team gave your team a pretty damn good run for its money the first meeting.

I think we've see a bit of a chink in thier armor the last two weeks.

As I did with the SD troll, I encourage you to come back after the game.

Gonna be very interesting to watch the second one.

I've got a great idea - call this number:

    646-797-2909

and tell me how Peterson is going to win the game by himself. If it's coherent (that may be asking a lot from a Viking fan, I know...) I'll air it on our podcast this week...

If the rest of the team blocks like they did against SD, you tell me how they are going to stop AD.
Blocking sounds like a team effort, not to mention the fact that we do have a defense.

BTW, I sent a check to the officials already.
This one is in the bag!
I did that the last 5 games we have play against GB, but they keep screwing me (us) anyway. ;D
    LOL

In the dome, the ball bounced GB's way quite a bit.

A chink in the armor? Like winning back to back games at places where teams traditionally have trouble winning? And doing the second one on a short week? Oh, maybe you mean the running game. Wait, that's right, we don't need one. Maybe you mean the long-ball? Oh, wait. Right. Perhaps you are referencing our inability to rush the passer? Whoops. Wrong again...

Yep, those chinks in the armor just keep piling up.

Now, to be fair, you are right. You did give us a good go the last time around, not to mention at Lambeau last year. But while I think both teams are much better than they were even a month ago (for the Vikings, it's mostly due to Chilly getting his head out of his but and riding AP) I think Green Bay is by far the better, more complete team. MIN can run the ball and stop the run. The Packers don't pretend to run and by getting an early lead, can minimize AP impact. Should be a good game, but if the Packers can get an early lead, it's over...

Oh, and you don't need to worry about me. I'll be here Monday morning regardless.

I'll just post it here, so my words don't get mixed up.

By the end of the game, AD will have been a major factor again in TD's scored for us
    ( 3 ) yards rushed for
    ( 141 )
which will also show that we controled the clock for 72% of the game on Offense.

Our D will follow up last weeks game with another strong showing and shut down Favre 1 passing TD and one by rushing for GB......

Longwell will be dead on with PAA and add on 2 field goals. While GB gets only one .

Alone, this will put us on top by games end, but lets not forget Rice, who again pulls in another long ball for an added TD....

    Finale Score.

Like the fumble that gave the Vikings the ball in Packer territory at the end?
