    Among Childress' discussion points Monday was an emphasis on the fact the entire team would be better next season, including those who coach it. "When he talks about everyone getting better he's including himself," Sharper said. "All the coaches are going to do that. So that's part of it."
    I'll be interested to see what steps, changes or other actions are put in place within the coaching staff to show that they have learnt from this year.
    Does anyone know if Zygi has made any statements or press release regarding the season?
    Time spent annoying a Packer fan is never time wasted...

    Thanks for that Singer.. managed to miss that somehow yesterday. I'll be surprised if Zygi doesn't take matters up in private with Childress as he knows the game - unlike some owners - and will be aware of how bad things have been this year.
    Time spent annoying a Packer fan is never time wasted...
