Re: Vikings - Offensive mindgames
You know Bevell has something up his sleeve for the Plow-boi's. Some kind of mismatchs with that secondary, mostly picking on Roy Williams. Whatever we have in our gameplan, we have to execute at a high level just to compete today.

I hope it comes to fruition and is more than just wishful thinking by you and me.
The team that is on the field right now, has used a very limited playbook so far.

Vikesfargo originally posted this link in a Linehan thread in the General NFL forum, but I felt it is worthy of it's own thread & discussian in the Vikings Fan forum.

Re: Vikings - Offensive mindgames
I have been saying it every since play number 2, that I am happy with our offensive play calling.
I think that Bevell and Chilly are doing a good job, they just aren't getting the execution from the QB and WRs on those plays.
We had two well called plays in that KC game if we would have hit on one of them, we would have won.

But the zebras didnt like the play that was called so they called it an incomplete pass.

Anyone still think Childress should be calling the plays?

I am so glad Bevell is calling the plays now, making up the game plan and the Chiller has nothing to do with any of it.
Whew, what a relief to know that the HC has nothing to do with any of it or the success we have been having of late.
He needs to just keep his ass in his office and let the coordinators do thier jobs without having any input.

;DMany many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.

Funny how even though our passing game has been lackluster, no one is complaining about dink and dunk passes this year. Hmmmm."I hate when threads are destroyed by facts and logic."
