3rd and long is nothing but a bad situation my friends.

I like the way the pre-snap penalties have been decreased.
That helps.

If we could just come up with some sort a way to be consistent with the pass so that we could be a little bit less predictable then maybe, just maybe we could get rid of a blackeye like this.

Just can't help but think that alot of this kindo of stuff comes back to OL play especially at the Tackle position.

Put it this way... when you continue to have AP return kickoffs.... we'll continue to be in third and long and three and outs... more often....

I think they could just shorten the title to read:
"Vikings not getting it done".
The 3rd and long is unnecessary.

I think as long as Every...and I mean every team, that plays the vikings comes in to the game and say....We are going to attack at the line of scrimmage because we are not going to let AD run up and down the field like he did on the bears...we are going to pin our ears back and come at the QB until he proves we shouldnt/ third and longs are going to be the norm

I think we are not a very relaxed team. We seem befuddled and harried. It's time to start letting it go, and be a little more aggressive with our playcalling. Until we can prove that we can pass the ball with any consistency teams will continue to stack the box. More play-action, and screens on first down to keep the defense guessing. Tarvaris has to make his reads and the reciever he throws to must catch the ball. If things aren't there T-Jack should run it more himself. Man it sounds easy, but we have to get those first steps going so we can get the confidence to eventually break into a run.
