They went with the past 12 simply because it is since 2000. I agree that 12 years is an odd time frame though.
10 arrests in 18 months is definitely concerning. It is concerning how many DUIs the Vikes continue to get cited for. That shit makes no sense to me.

If I had to guess, I'd say Jason Lisk is either a Bears or Packers fan trying to make the Vikes look bad.
