Some interesting plays there. Looks to have quick feet and reactions and also wraps the ball carrier as well when tackling which is good to see.Time spent annoying a Packer fan is never time wasted...

Interesting. I will be sure to keep an eye out for him in the upcoming and last preseason game.

If you watched close against Dallas, he was in early a couple of times in the 1rst quarter.

For me, 6'0"/226lbs kindof gives me concern.

Re: Vikings might have found a gift in LB Larry Dean
This was the most interesting part of the article IMHO:
That is a nice look at the inner workings of a front office... I wonder how often this kind of tit for tat takes place. I am guessing quite a bit.The Vikings called about veteran quarterback Tyler Thigpen, but his agent Joel Turner needed a favor first.
In late July, Turner asked director of player personnel George Paton to take a hard look at Larry Dean, an undrafted free-agent linebacker out of Division II Valdosta State.
Paton said the Vikings didn't even have a scouting file on the undersized linebacker, who generated little buzz on the NFL draft trail.
But Paton said they would scout Dean and possibly sign him if it helped their chances with Thigpen, Turner said.Zeus wrote:

Still say I'd rather spend one week in the FO than get to stand on the sidelines for a game.

On a side note, the whole going after Orton and then Thigpen before Dnabb (even though I posted it) sure seemed to get overlooked by most on here.
Kindof funny when you think about it. I bet when I run it up the flag pole a few years from now (ala my theory on how the 2006 draft unfolded and the Fooley gaff) I bet Z says I'm dreaming crap up again. :lol:Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.
