Wow, someone has a business plan that doesn't involve spending a billion dollars. Seems to me this is a no brainer, I can't believe they haven't done it sooner.

They cannot do it without approval from the city of Minneapolis and Hennepin County.
Both entities gave them permission this year.
Now that the Twins and Gophers are not tenants, there was no opposition to the Vikings selling the rights.

I think PP.O should buy a gate.
