Vikings let Harvin do his thing
Vikings let Percy Harvin do his thing
MINNEAPOLIS -- One of the smartest moves we've seen in the NFL this season is arguably the simplest. It can be accounted for with six syllables.
Let Percy do his thing.

man o man..
i might sound like a broken record.. but damn.. is he fast.. start - stop..(defender flys by) start - stop.. another defender fly's by. start doge, start dodge.. end zone.. just wow..
also.. not sure how many people noticed.. but on his rushing TD.. he literally ran into 2 defender before the goal line.. 2.. set and waiting for him.. and he still ran them over.. what a combination of speed, power, elusiveness, and outright superhuman burst..
I'v mentioned this before in another thread. teams can no longer focus on stopping AP. they need a percy plan.. and that means. other WR's, the TE's, and ponder need to keep finding ways to make plays. and that was happening yesterday!!
really enjoying what we have now as core weapons on O

You know what, I'm of a mind he won't. Two things I saw yesterday that kindof make me think that way....
1. Did you get to see him walk over and bend with Leslie at the end of the game? Its just a moment I know, but I think his initial beef this year was that he wouldn't get reps and meet escalators under Musgrave (you see what I did there?), but now that things are starting to click on the offense, I think he isn't worried about that any more.
2. They showed a stat yesterday during the game that showed how he was used under a certain QB that I still quake to think about and how he is being used by Ponder. Very eye opening my friend. Very eye opening. Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.
