Don't know what to say about Henson making the team.
Childress might have to cut one of them other than Jackson or Bollinger & it sounds like Chilly might play a little favoritism Hensons way.
Childress' wife baby sat for Henson when he was growing up & chilly followed him throughout high school & college.
Could that sway his decision? Hmmmm.....interesting.

Re: Vikings - Jets post game comments
Defense dominated so much that our offense barely had time to establish itself. LOL if it wasn't a preseason game and had we an establish vet QB I wouldn't complain. Not that I am, but I was wow'd by how dominant they were tonight.
LB crew look good tonight. Our Dline looks to stuff the run again this year.
I was disapointed by CGriffin's toughness tonight. His lazy tackling and soft man-to-man coverage has me worried. Perhaps McCauley can be the man if he faulters.

Thanks for the Sig LitlHarsh

Re: Vikings - Jets post game comments
The interceptions were great, I just hope can start scoring more with the offense.
The defense can't do it all

We passed 18 times and ran 31 times. That is a 60:40 run-pass ratio.

The defense was great but I almost would have liked to see more of the offense on the field since that's what i'm most worried about.
Peterson, however, was electric. I thought I was watching Ladainian Tomlinson out there.

Re: Vikings - Jets post game comments
Goodness, a second year player gives up one TD and is maybe worn out after playing hard for a quarter and a half straight, all while doing the most work b/c his guys are getting the most attention, and everyone clamps down on him. He wasn't great, but he could have been
A LOT worse. We're starting to get spoiled with this defense, don't get too crazy now.Trying to bring rationale to an irrational site

Re: Vikings - Jets post game comments
I accidently posted this in the preview before I saw this thread.
Being an OU fan.... gol 'darnit IT WAS GOOD TO SEE AD RUN!!!
LOL, with that being said, Vikings look solid, I got a good feeling about Rice... (I dont realy know any of the other wideouts and I havent seen them yet) and your Defense looks realy realy strong... except for 1 person...
#23 was terrible (Griffin I think) His first attempt to tackle somebody after they just ran around him was a panzy push... the guy got like an extra 5 yards from the play cause he wouldnt even attempt to help his teammates tackle him... pathetic... The only time I saw him in a good way was when the quarterback threw it 30feet over there head and the announcers said that was good coverage... I cant see this guy starting after a game like this... preseason or not... he was terrible... almost worse then the Jets backup Center.
All in all, it was a fun game to watch and your defense dominated it... I bet your happy you went with AD instead Brady Quinn

I don't know why we didnt play TJ more?? I bet you he plays at least 3 quarter next game and they should make him throw the ball quite a bit.
