VIKINGS TO INDUCT RB CHUCK FOREMAN
INTO RING OF HONOR ON ALUMNI WEEKEND

The Minnesota Vikings announced 5-time Pro Bowl RB Chuck Foreman as the 2007 Ring of Honor inductee. Foreman, who was originally selected by the Vikings in the 1st round (12th overall) of the 1973 NFL Draft, ranks as the team's 2nd-leading career rusher with 5,879 yards. He is also tied for the team record with 52 rushing TDs and ranks 7th all-time in team scoring....

He was fun to watch. A very deserving Viking.

I would love to go to that game. This guy reminded of a 6-wheeled ATV just runs over or around anything he wanted to.
The archives showed many of his great runs, and catches.

I loved watching him play, still remember getting the SI issue in the mail with him on the cover.

I sure wish I was old enough to remember watching him play.
The best Vikings running back I've been able to witness is Robert Smith...and that isn't really anything special.
Hopefully Peterson can become our next Foreman...but I doubt it.

I did get to meet Chuck Foreman at a wal-mart grand opening several years ago.. LOL!
