To be honest, I'm liking the play out of Brinkley better than I do Henderson. I hope EH is back soon, but I hope Brinkley has won the starting role.

Is it merely coincidence or has our defense looked better because Brinkley was in there?

I don't think its that one is playing better than the other. I think its the whole defense is starting to gel under the new system (even though not much has changed).

I hope he stays on the bench. The defense has great chemistry and I would hate to screw that up now.

I'm Thinking draft a stud WLB or Mike this year. I like Greenway at the SAM but the others are replaceabl.e

Brinkley definitely seems to be improving...he certainly packs a punch.

Young defense, flying around...there will be bad times too.

I'm liking the rookies, a lot. It sure is nice to see a competent LT, CB, and Safety playing well...with upside.

A stud MLB is my number 1 draft wish.

That would make the biggest difference on our defense.

I might be with Kevon on the WR bandwagon though for the first pick depending of course on the quality available.

Brinkley is perfectly fine as our MLB. We just need a new WLB that can cover to be on the field with Chad in our nickle packages.

Welcome to the darkside my friend.
I am salivating for the kid from USC (Woods) or the Kid from CAL. There is also the kid from Oregon (DAT)... that is scoring every 4.4 times he touches the ball. He might be a sophmore.

Our issue is depth. We have nothing behind Harvin. At these other positions we have someone that is serviceable (Safety, OL, DL, LB) but at WR...no one wants to see MJ at as a starter. We can no longer afford to be a 1 WR team. Get me Woods and we will have an amazing amount of young offensive talent gelling together.

Ponder, RuDo, Woods, Harvin, Khali would make up an offense of 5 1st rounders (near 1st rounder in RuDo with considerable allstar talent.) We can then spend 3 years building a defense while replacing the remainder of the no names in our offense.
