The Vikings have the #1 rushing Game in the NFL but they are in 27th place

The reason is

YOU FILL IN THE BLANK

Lack of execution due to poor coaching.

Dont have a real quarterback!!
Defense is on field too long.
QB needs to burn teams with 8 in box, plain and simple ours cant do it!!!

Can't convert on third downs.

We have scored most of our TDs from our D and from 20 plus yards out on offense = big plays or bust.

The cheerleaders are too ugly...and the refs love to screw us.

Can I just say ditto so far. Except I don't really notice the cheer leaders, as my hands are usually covering my face in shame lately.

Huh??? No disrespect intended Mr Anderson.....but last time I checked the execution of any play is on the player not the coach.

Here's an example: The offensive coordinator had the right played called in the Dallas game....a pass that if thrown with touch over the defending Henderson would have been completed to Wade for a T.D. Now was that poor throw the coaches fault??

Nice to see some thought put into this topic.

If rushing was the only facet of football, then it would be perplexing.

Since there is so much more to the game (in case you have not noticed) like passing, penalties, 3rd down conversions, time of posession, coaching, Special Teams, and let's not forget Defense it can be understood why we are 1st in rushing and 27th overall.
