Vikings franchise close to being sold....
Vikings | Franchise Close to being Sold - from www.KFFL.com

KFAN.com's Greg Coleman reports that a sale of the Minnesota Vikings franchise to Arizona entrepreneur Reggie Fowler is "as close as ever". Fowler, a former college football player at Wyoming, would become the NFL's first African American owner. Fowler emerged as a potential owner last year, but balked at Red McCombs' $600 million asking price.

Vikings franchise close to being sold....
Exciting. I do not know much about Fowler. But, I hope he is better and more willing to spend $$$.
Question: Did Taylor has plans and investors for a new stadium w/o taxpayer money? I thought I heard this but was not sure.

The guy is from Arizona...that's not encouraging. I'd prefer someone local, or at least someone who pledges to keep the Vikes local. No snese starting that whole "Moving to..." nonsense again.

Vikings franchise close to being sold....
That is some great news to have a new owner. what I wouldn't give to have an owner that is all about winning no matter the cost like Taylor, Jerry Jones, and the God of spending bank, the evil Georgy Steinbrenner
