Antoine Winfield had the biggest impact play for the Vikings defense Sunday when he knocked the ball loose from Carolina's Jake Delhomme on a cornerback blitz and then scored on a 19-yard fumble return.

But just as important in the Vikings' 20-10 victory was that defensive coordinator Leslie Frazier rarely needed to blitz to create pressure.
