    Madieu Williams helped build a playground in Cincinnati earlier this offseason and the entire Vikings organization will do the same on Wednesday of this week at Seed Academy/Harvest Prep School...

    Hmm it was working earlier.

    As far as a policy I am not sure if there is one or not, My guess is that there is but teams
    just do it anyways. Some player like Madieu go out of their way for it though.
