• Punter Chris Kluwe suffered a sprained right wrist and thumb trying to make a tackle Sunday, Childress said.
Not good.
Isn't that his drop hand?
Kluwe was the only one on that punt return who did what he was supposed to do.
I respect the fact that he is one of the very few punters who will actually try and make a saving tackle.Zeus wrote:
When are you going to realize that picking out the 20 bad throws this year and ignoring the 300 good ones does not make your point?

Actually did you see the denver punter jack that guy up on SNF? He made him fumble too. Maybe it was the seahawks punter.. not sure.. Crazy hit though,• Punter Chris Kluwe suffered a sprained right wrist and thumb trying to make a tackle Sunday, Childress said.

Sharper is correct...offense needs to step up!
Getting overwhelmed is one thing...making stupid mistakes is unacceptable though!!!BANNED OR DEAD...I'LL TAKE EITHER ONE

Re: Vikings' Childress quiets talk of rift on team
It wasn't so long ago when the offense was having to carry the defense. I think under the circumstances, that this fact needs to be remembered if for nothing else, to keep the team on track and focused instead of promoting pity parties in the locker room.
Now, if we could get both the offense and the defense
going at the same time.........................
Personally, I don't think there is intelligent life on other planets. Why should other planets be any different from this one?

Re: Vikings' Childress quiets talk of rift on team
It's foolish to think that the defense isn't frustated on how the offense is playing. There are no excuses for it. The D plays their hearts out and the offense loses it with turnovers and penalties. I could understand playcalling errors or being shutdown by a good defense, but the fact is the offense has no rhythm, poise, or determination to get the job done.
