I would put Romo as #1.
Look at their record and his performance.

With Favre though, people either love him or hate him.

As long as he can lead us, I love him.

There are so many overrated players in the NFL and equally as many underrated.
As for Favre being the most overrated............lmao, who wouldn't have loved to hear that a few years ago?
