A very good reason and a ton of very good points. I felt overwhlemed a few weeks ago by all the Tice bashing in here ... personally I have always like the guy and think he is the perfect kind of leader for a team ... he is not the perfect mind, but a lot of coaches that win aren't, you need to surround them with talent, and the Vikes really have not given him anything other than Linehan in the past.
I like Tice at the helm, but we do need changes in many other coaching and managment positions to make Tice effective ...
