I think we'll go 12-4 again... no way I see us having a losing record though

Re:Vikings 2010 Record
I could easily see being 10-6 as enough to win the division this year if the Bears play better and the lions win a couple more.
I'll say 11-5.

Re:Vikings 2010 Record
In all seriousness, I see our season looking like that NY Giants Superbowl season. People wrote them off pretty early and they ended up pulling one of the hugest upsets in the final game.
I was looking at the last teams to lose their first game of the season and still win the Superbowl, it was the Giants in 2007. Just sayin. We're bringing purple back.

Re:Vikings 2010 Record
I still feel like 11-5. I said a couple of weeks ago, we win in NO we won't look back and will got 14-2, we lose in NO we go 11-5.
I will stand by that 11-5.

Re:Vikings 2010 Record
Vikes will go 9-7 or 10-6 this year. Losing Rice cost us Game 1 IMO. It put Harvin out of position and provided no easy opportunities for Favre. Shiancoe was a stud in the game...what a nice story he has been.
I think we will adjust quickly to Rice's absence, but, it hurt big time in Game 1 vs the Saints. Our defense is good enough to keep us in virtually every game, however, we are going to need to score 26+ points in at least 6 games to win. Too many scenarios to predict those games, silly to do so, could be off 1 or 2, but, I don't think so. Adrian Peterson will need to produce 1,500+ yards and 14+ TDs to take significant pressure off Favre. These are not numbers that are out of reach, but, they are going to be needed to get decent seeding in the Playoffs. Anything short (give or take 10%) will require more production from Favre...which, will be extremely difficult minus Rice. So, the moral to my prediction, the better the running game and the defense, the better the record...
Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent

As a matter of fact, I do know
