does anyone know the exact date of when tickets go on sale? because i live in winnipeg, canada, and thats pretty much the only time il get outta university to go to a game this year and i plan on seeing that one

I think it's in late July/early August. Not 100% sure, though. You can get them on ebay and some other sites now, though, you just won't have your tickets in hand until August.

Hopefully that link works. If not, go to ebay and do a search, you're guaranteed to find something that you can at least look at.

That shouldn't be one of our tougher games. The Steelers have lost 2 of their best offensive lineman, their 2nd best wideout, they've got a rookie phenom who wants to open up the playbook this season (remember 2001, when Daunte (after an amazing rookie season) opened the playbook his sophomore season), they've got a difficult schedule, and all of the parody in the league today. They won't even sniff the playoffs.
6-10 (with 4 of those wins coming after the halfway point)

Ben Rothlisboner is going to be a great QB, but he will experience setbacks this year. Bettis won't be able to duplicate what he did last year behind their O-line, and Staley won't be able to either.

For that game, I predict a blowout:

Vikings 37
Steelers 13

One of my good friends is a huge Steelers fan. We've been trying to come up with a good low-stakes bet for the game. The trouble is, most things will be hard to enforce, since he's moving to Nashville. Any suggestions?

Thanks man i will have a blast, and i will be thinkin about all my PPO brothers while i am at the game and the vikes are rippin it up!!! But to answer your question, no this is not my first game... my buddy and i try to make one each year! Last year i went to the game against the Titans... I think we won 20-3!
