Preseason game 3: Vikings vs. Baltimore
http://www.startribune.com/510/story/634602.html
TV: KSTP, Ch. 5
Radio: 1130-AM, 100.3-FM
About the Vikings: This is the first time the Vikings (1-1 in the preseason) have played the Ravens in the preseason and the first time they have faced former offensive coordinator Brian Billick at the Metrodome. Billick has two victories over the Vikings since leaving Minnesota after the 1998 season, both in Baltimore, including last Christmas' 30-23 victory. ... Coach Brad Childress said Wednesday that Brad Johnson will start at QB and play longer than last week, meaning the veteran could be in for the entire first half. Childress did not divulge how he would split time among the QBs after Johnson leaves. Rookie Tarvaris Jackson was impressive in Saturday's 17-10 victory at Pittsburgh, but Childress might want to play struggling Mike McMahon second to get a good look at the veteran. ... RB Mewelde Moore (knee), CB Charles Gordon (knee) and WR Kevin Kasper (ankle) won't play tonight. LB Marcus Lawrence (knee) and TE Richard Owens (back) were able to practice Wednesday. ... Vikings RB Chester Taylor, who signed as a free agent last March after spending his first four seasons in Baltimore, will get a chance to face his old team.
About the Ravens: The Ravens are 1-1 in the preseason, defeating the Eagles 20-10 and losing to the Giants 17-16. ... RB Jamal Lewis will sit out the final two preseason games so he can rest a left hip flexor. Team officials are terming it a "precautionary measure." Backup Mike Anderson, who has gained 25 yards on eight carries this preseason, is expected to start despite spraining his foot Aug. 17 against the Eagles. ... DE Terrell Suggs came down with the flu after the Eagles game but has declared himself fit to play. ... Jonathan Ogden, the Ravens' nine-time Pro Bowl OT, will make his preseason debut. Ogden had been on the physically unable to perform list as he dealt with the death of his father. It's expected he will play only 12 to 15 snaps. Ogden is trying to lose the 15 to 20 pounds he gained while away from the field. ... . Safety B.J. Ward has been dealing with migraine headaches that sidelined him in recent weeks. Ward could return next week. ... Veteran Steve McNair is the Ravens' starting QB.

Damn, I live in MD, I thought for sure they would be airing this game because of the Ravens but it doesn't look like it.
Gonna have to wait till tommorow morning.
Would have been nice to watch tonight.
WTH can't they air these games on NFL Sunday Ticket??If you can't dazzle them with brilliance, baffle them with bs.
