    Okay, I don't like to be nit-picky, but there are some times when I feel as though I have to defend the honor of the english language. I know I'm not perfect, but something has to be said. Look at the thread title. It's "goes", not "go's". "Go" is not a noun. It can't have possession of anything, much less a victory. Heck, the Packers can't even possess that unless they buy off the refs.

    Ok here we go again the grammer police cant come up with anything else ha.

    Now thats the facts jacks.
    And yet you still do not defend your original statement that Favre always beats the Vikes. When in fact, he is only .500 against the Vikes.....
    :la:
    What a joke you have become. And it only took less than 24 hours. You started this thread, you were called out on your statement, and you cannot back up your claim.

    Still waiting patiently.

    Never fails we most often win our Division. :-({|=
    Most often win the Division? Have you checked History?

    Since 1961, when the Vikings entered the NFL, here's the comparrisons:

    1961-1966
    Green Bay = 4
    Minnesota = 0

    1967 (The year the Western Conference was split into two Divisions) - 2001 (Minus 1982, as Division titles weren't awarded due to the Strike)

    Green Bay = 5
    Minnesota = 16

    2002-Present
    Green Bay = 2
    Minnesota = 0

    So, by my math, that means Green Bay won the division a total of 11 times to the Vikings 16.

    Seems you're full of crap. But thanks for playing.

    I quoted the original debate on this thread to show you how off base this thread got once you figured out that your original hypothesis was stupid and way off. But you wouldn't be the first to dust off those old SB trophies to try and prove that you guys are better...lame as usual!

    cajunvike brings up a great point. Like almost ALL Pecker...errr...Packer fans I have ever met, when you're original claim of superiority is blasted you keep altering until you can find SOMETHING to cheer about.

    First of all, eliminate anything pre-1961 in your post above. The Vikings hadn't enetered the League until then, so any comparrison done to prove that you're "Better" would require that they at least be there. Unless, of course, you're operating under the principle that "Green Bay is a better football team than the Minnesota Wild are"...which I wouldn't bet on if I were you...which allows you to compare versus things that don't exist.

    Second of all, the statement I answered was GP_1 wrote:

    Had you asked about Conference Championships, NFC Championships, or Superbowl wins, I would have included them. You didn't. You boldly proclaimed that the Packers had won the DIVISION more...which they have NOT.

    Third, you post up the total win-loss-tie records from both teams. Ok, let's dig into the numbers there, shall we?

    Minnesota has a 54.08% win percentage lifetime
    Green Bay has a 54.48% win percentage lifetime.

    HOWEVER...

    If only calculated since 1961 (As explained above), Green Bay has a 347-286-12 record, which yields a 53.79% win percentage. Last I looked, that's not as good as a 54.08% WP. Seems you fall flat on your face...AGAIN.

    The ONLY categories you have that surpassed Minnesota in is Superbowl Victories and NFL/Western Conference Championships (But, of course, we were NEW when those were being played for...and still managed to grab one). And, as cajunvike stated below, if that's all you've got, why bother? We are superior in every stat save one (Granted, it's a significant one).

    So, you're still full of crap. Want to keep playing the numbers game?
