Very Nervous...
So as we get a good solid win today I cant help but look forward to next week....the g-men. Not only do they have our number, but this offense of thiers is pretty scary when all cylenders are rollin. Honestly this is probably the one game out of this season where I exspect a loss and pray for a win. Anybody who knows about our history with them will agree....

Theres NOTHING greater then a Florida Gator!

Re: Very Nervous...
tiki has destroyed us over the past couple of years. collins and even warner last year carved up our secondary.
sad part is they have owned us in the metrodome and at giants stadium. there has been no medium.
we have to stretch the field on offence, the giants secondary is below average and i think we can exploit them. also we have to have some consistency on the ground. today was a great start but now we gotta keep it going.
on defence, we have to stop tiki. they are going to give us a huge dose of tiki by looking at past years. if they can get tiki going, eli will have his way with our secondary. but if we can shut down the run, then we can worry about eli stopping eli.
i think the gameplan will be very similar from this week to next week.
and yeah we are on the road so that doesnt make anything better

Re: Very Nervous...
even if we stop Tiki they still have tons of weapons, they have Toomer and Burress at WR and then have shockey at TE. i think we'll have a hard time stopping all of their offensive weapons
i think we need to get tons of pressure on Manning and force him to make some bad throws. i have some faith in our corners but i don't know who will be able to cover shockey TEs have been killing us this season.
Thanks Josdin

Re: Very Nervous...
Giants worry me.
Eli is undefeated at home. And they play very well at home.
I hope we can break the curse this year.

Re: Very Nervous...
I can't imagine the Vikings not having their hands full next week, specially since the Giants appear to be the real deal... we'll see.

Two years ago I missed the game because I had to go to my girlfriend's soccer game, and we got blown out and our season went in the crapper.
Last year we moved houses and our DirecTV was unhooked for the weekend, so I missed that one too.
THIS YEAR however, I get to watch the game, therefore we will win.

I get to watch the game too...unfortunately the last few against the Giants have been over by the 1st quarter. We've got to get going early, not make mistakes (no turnovers!), control Tiki and put a lot of pressure on Manning...hit him early and hit him hard.Any man who afflicts the human race with ideas must be prepared to see them misunderstood. - H.L. Re: Very Nervous...
Well a general thought could be that since we were favored to beat them the times when they blow us out we can blow them out when they are favored to win. It will be a challenge and I hope we can use our run and pass combo as well as we did this week. Pat will help with shutting down Barber but I am worried about Burress and Shockey.
