Urlacher to the Vikings?
So you bitch about a youth movement and then bitch about them looking at a HOF MLB.
For the love of god is the only way to please you is to bring Tarvaris Jackson back ? You have been in a mood ever since they sent him packing.

His knee is shot and he can no longer cover the deep middle and tight ends. I hope the Bears sign him.

It makes sense, we need linebacker. I think he has lost a step or two, but he still has a nose for the football and great leadership. If you get him relatively cheap it could be worth the investment. At the very least he could probably help game plan for the Bears 2 weeks a year, and mentor Greenway and our other young players.
Yes we let Winfield go, but we have invested in other young corners to take his place.

I swear, half these maneuvers are done just to piss off the opponents.

Of course they are.
Think about it, There are three scenarios that benefit the Vikings
1. Sign Urlacher, Bears lose leadership on a defense that was streaky last season.
2. Drive up price of Urlacher, Bears are forced to pay more than they'd like for him to return.
3. Generate buzz about Urlacher, some other team signs him, and the Bears end up paying more than market value for a replacement.

Ha ha, funny man huh? Dude, I have a brand new house in a brand new subdivision on the outskirts of Green Bay. I also have 2 2012 vehicles, a beautiful wife and a 1 year old son. Far cry from living at home huh?
Now it usually works out that the people that claim it must be lonely living in their moms basement, usually know from experience because that's where they currently reside.
