Michael Farber, of SI.com, reports the Ottawa Renegades of the CFL have signed former NFL first-round draft choice DE Dimitrius Underwood.

Cut him a little slack...he has bipolar disorder...at least he didn't smoke his career away...like some players we know are determined to do.

Bipolar, shmipolar....the guy should be in a mental institute making sculptures outta popsicle sticks with Barrett Robbins! At least Smith gave us a couple pproductive years instead of quitting to pursue craziness as Underwood did.
