From what ive read and heard, the Jacksonville Jaguars is the closest team to relocating.

I hope the team that moves there fails and moves back. The NFL is not meant to be in LA

I think the NFL is obsessed with getting a team into a city that doesn't want football.
If the NFL moves any team to LA I see it going well for a couple of years, and if they miss the playoffs or anything they quickly become irrelevant and 5-10 years later they move to a different city possibly smaller market like St. Louis.
