The Vikings agreed to terms with fourth-round pick Ciatrick Fason and seventh-round pick Adrian Ward today. Terms were not disclosed.
Fason, who left the University of Florida after his junior season, was rated by some as the No. 4 overall running back in last June's draft.
Last season, he became the first Florida back to lead the SEC in rushing since 1993. He rushed for 1,267 yards with 10 touchdowns. He also had 35 receptions for 266 yards and two TDs.
Ward, a cornerback, had 98 tackles and eight interceptions in two seasons at Texas-El Paso.
The Vikings still have five unsigned picks, including first-rounders Troy Williamson (receiver) and Erasmus James (defensive end).
The Vikings report to training camp Friday in Mankato.
