Move him to CB, line him up with the speedy recievers, he's not a NFL WR thats for sure

He is A BUST!!!!!!!!! He would be an alright #2 Receiver if we had a good #1 receiver. But we dont have A receiver opposing defenses are even remotely scared of.

I am starting to lean towards bust but he does show flashes, which makes me feel with the right coaching, which we dont have, he could be very good

He needs to learn to use his hands more.
We should send him down to Cris Carter for the offseason.

After watching Troy this season,I'm convinced that he was the kid they sent to right field,if they let him play at all.Someone posted a nickname for him earlier this year that I can't forget-Edward Skillethands"clank".I do feel sorry for the kid though,you can tell he is trying really hard.He doesn't blame the QB or the DB's like some other wide receivers in the league do.I hope he can pull it together in the off season.

Skol that is a great idea maybe Cris can mold him into an NFL receiver, but I would not even bring him back next year as the # 2 receiver I would as a # 4 receiver and if he plays better then he can work his way up the depth chart.
