The ONLY way we can trade Culpepper is if we put ourselves into a position to take Matt or Vince.

All I have to say is that it won't be a colossal mistake WHEN we trade Culpepper. He suffered a severe injury, didn't prove he can survive without Moss, the HC is worried if Pep will fit the new offense, he is becoming a bit of a cancer in all his wanting a new contract, and there will be some good QB's out there for the taking.
btw who are these good qbs out for the taking? John Kinta? Kerry Collins? Drew Brees?...
Jon Kitna was the leagues most improved player in his last year as starter and Drew Brees was a pro-bowler so uh... yea.
Kitna is 33 years old, hasnt started in 2 years, and only had one good year (2003 where his qb rating was 87.4)... I would rather have culpepper...

Brees isnt going to be able to throw in atleast 3 months... he is having serious surgery, if you dont know, just ask chad Pennington. so is culpepper, but daunte can still be a good quarterback without his knee 100%, but if brees's shoulder isnt healthy, no way he going to be effective

it wouldn't be a mistake to get rid of a quarterback who hasn't done anything without moss

    Eyedea is right..

Unless we are in position to get Brees, Vince, Or Leinart..

Pep will prove he can survive without Moss.. He was getting used to the blitzing and without playing with Moss.. He clearly did pretty good his last few games

he not only didn't have moss last year, he had nobody, nate was weak all year. and wiggins was by far the only place he had to go. if k-rob would have had more playing time at the beginning the team would have done alot better.

Culpepper drops back looks at three wide open recievers but for some reason doesn't release the ball. I wiould be glad not hearing this anymore.

Brad Johnson had the same recievers to throw to and he looked pretty damn good. And take a look at Jake Plummer last year. He was in MVP contention for the better part of the year and look at his recieving core. Lelie is good but that's about it.
The best part of my day is when I get down on my knees, with my head in my hands, and thank GOD for everything he has given me.
