Harvin can not produce for us when he is not on the field and he is on the sideline to much, if we can get a productive starter on the offensive line - a good young starter at LT or RT or a good package of picks, id trade him.. Because he is not doing it for me.. Great player, but cant stay healthy, never could..
You can find alot of slot guys who can do some good things for us.. Vikings issues is streching the field.. Harvin's catches is underneath.. We have lot of guys who can take over his return duties and with the rulechange on kickoffs, that also limits him..
PUT IN JACKSON!

I am much more frustrated with Musgrave's complete lack of getting the ball in Percy's hands when he is on the field than when he is on the sideline with injured ribs.
He is limited more by Musgrave's like of imagination than anything else. Percy would be absolutely unstoppable with a visionary like Sean Payton or any creative offensive mind. Our 2 TE, 1 RB, 2 WR sets really limit him ... and it is clear that Musgrave thinks the best way to give him the ball is on handoffs, which can be effective, but should not be his primary role.
Percy is simply under utilized here and it is much more the fault of the current OC than anything Percy himself has done.

Well, would you go away from two TE sets? We have more talent on the field with two WR and two TE than we would with three WR and a single TE, in my opinion.
Just to put it in perspective, he is averaging 4 catches and 40 yards a game.
That puts him on a pace for 64 catches and 640 yards for the season. That is really not all that impressive when you look at it. His career averages are not significantly different either. If he is really going to be of value we should be looking at closer to 100 repts and 1200 yards.
