Top Vikings candidates disappear

Don't want Linehan...not sure about Sherman...yeah, we all dissed him, but he does have a winning record...it is hard to argue with that. Maybe as a second or third option if we can't get who we really want. I would prefer to get a defensive-minded Head Coach...then hire an up-and-coming Offensive Coordinator who will coach aggressively as well as a Defensive Coordinator who is young and can be a protege of the new Head Coach.

I just saw on ESPN that Mike Marntz was the front runner in the Vikings hunt for a head coach. I don't know who they get this info but I truley hope it is a mistake.

To me...he is a dope.

I remember a preseason game where the Rams lost by 3 points (I think it was 3). Well, he had a timeout to spend and they were in FG range and he let the clock run out. When asked about it he said something really stupid like he was not aware he had a timeout left.

This is the doofus we are looking at?
