Re: Top five Vikings of 2008
in terms of consistant outstanding play the list should be along this line in no particular order
Phat Pat and Kevin
Steve Hutch and Big Mac
Winfield
Greenway
its six i know, but the tandoms do a lot for this team. This team is considerably better with both of the williams wrecking crew, Hutch struggled without Big Mac in week one and two, Winnie has been solid, and Greenway has been the breakout player of the year this year in the NFC North, not just on this team. He gets no respect from the league, or the fan base. He leads our team in forced fumbles, and tackles this year

Re: Top five Vikings of 2008
I think any list that doesnt have Peterson or Allen is bogus

Re: Top five Vikings of 2008
I would put Winfield on that list instead of Shiancoe.
Shiancoe has been nice, but Winfield has been a huge part in limiting receivers like Andre Johnson, Anquan boldin, Roddy White etc. to fairly pedestrian days.
I m like a Ja Rule poster, cause I'm off the wall.

Absolutely ... as is any list without Toine. You can make a lot of arguments for the last two spots, but Winny, AD and JA are all locks.I think any list that doesnt have Peterson or Allen is bogus

Top 5?
Not enough slots for me.
We have more than that, when I comes to personal play and players who should be noticed for their solid year so far.
What we need is for everyone to play as a TEAM now.......The rest will fall into place.
I LOVE THE SMELL OF VICTORY IN THE MORNING AIR.

We actually had Cedric on all of those guys for 90 percent of the games

Re: Top five Vikings of 2008
Greenway and Winny need to be in there...but, hard to argue with the guys on that list during our recent success.

I think so too
Big mac has played as good as any LT in the league.. But missed some time
Hutch is hutch
K-will is beastly but also disapears for games
P-will is a great run stopper.. But that's it
Greenway is good.. Liability is coverage though
Berrian is good.. But doesn't get thrown to sometimes so he doesn't have a chance to make a play
Shank is beastly but not the greatest blocker.. STRONGLY improving each part of his game
It's hard to pick 2 after Toine, A-Dizzle, and that dude from Texas
