Thanks for the read.
Bemidji, MN, ole stompin grounds there....... ;D
Anyway, a little nugget..
Kindof been my main knock on this staff.Although it's the only loss for the Vikings this year, it highlights a major problem with the team. The inability to execute one of the most basic of coaching mantras, play four quarters of football and close out the win. Of course it's easier said than done, but if you're to be a Super Bowl caliber football team you have to be more consistent.
Seem to fail to get the team ready/prepared.
Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.

Yes.Is it too much to ask that after playing a great first half that we come out in the third quarter and instead of letting our opponent back in the game and making us all sit on the edge of our seats, that we come out stop them as we had been doing and put up a couple more scores putting the game out of reach and resting our starters the second half of the fourth quarter?
Just once in a while could we do that?

I agree, it wasn't totally a defensive issue like the other games."RK." wrote:

It all started by the Robison fumble, and he should know better than to try and run with the ball.
Just go down and the whole thing probably wouldn't have happened.
It did start by the Robison fumble. We could have got the ball, got a couple first downs and get a FG, TD or punt for field position.
We have to give our offense the chance to keep the heat on the other team.
I guess a bit of that happened in Pitt also with the turnovers that thwarted two scoring opps.
Baltimore was defense!
