Last I heard he runs a Golden Corral in San Antonio. Honest.
Yes he does. Supposedly he runs the local San Antonio chain.

Former Vikings quarterback Tommy Kramer recently broke ground for the first of five Golden Corral Restaurants in San Antonio. Kramer, his brother Mike and Dr. Mike Bagdohian of Detroit are partners in the venture. (Star Trib 1993)

Too bad those Golden Corals went bankrupt......I dont think TK is in the restaurant business anymore.

TK really played behind some really bad offensive lines.......as the sacks and interceptions will show. Its all too familar to the 2005 Vikings....lots of sacks and picks by the QB.

Kramer really had that a good feel for the pocket, a very quick release, and an ability to read defenses and make audibles - after all, he did go to Rice University. Had he had some of the lines Tark had - I am sure he would have had more sucess.

Daunte has been spoiled playing behind some of the better O-lineman of the modern age and unfortunately Pep's weaknesses were Kramer's strengths.

Hell, Tommy was the man. He had some mighty big shoes to fill in taking over for Fran and he didn't miss a beat. So he liked the sauce. He never hurt anybody besides himself. That guy is one of the most underated QB's in NFL history.

No doubt he was one of the most underrated........but unfortunately most players at the end of the day are measured on stats.

Speaking of Stats......anybody know where I can find his college year by year stats when he was at Rice? I've looked every where to no avail.

Ahhh 2 Minute Tommy! Liked to drink & liked the women. A lot like some of us -- only he could play football. One of the best masters of the 2 minute offense! He truly was underated for what he could do.

I'm sorry, but I'm not about to let these rumors go without any refutation. Tommy definitely did NOT have an addiction to "the white stuff." That's a blatant lie.
