Now imagine if T-Jack had 1 or 2 interceptions....we got lucky. Something's got to happen with this secondary
I agree that something does need to happen with the seconday but please, let's relish this victory.
Regardless of what we had to do....We won!
    WOOO!
    Versus the Bears at that.

Yeah but while those arnt exactly Culpepper numbers, T-Jack is a solid QB.Not turning the ball over in this league is a tactic that is overlooked. I would rather him throw not 1 TD all year long then throw 20 TD's and 17 INT's. We drafted him cuz thats how he played in college too.I believe he had something like 24-30 TD's and 4 INT's.As we grow as a offense and we acquire a few more pieces he'll grow too.Hes SO
young to the game is not even funny. We're all impatient a little in the fact that we want him to be so good now. However Wilf and Childress have said since day one, this is a new era. We're almost building the team (upstairs and downstairs) from scratch.Bringing in a new offense and new defense. So the key word I wanna stress is TIME.Give T-jack time to bloom or fail.

Theres NOTHING greater then a Florida Gator!

TJ needs more trust in his receivers. His accuracy was right on in the preseason. (well a lot better)

I'd guess hes focusing too much on throwing away from the db hes not trying to hit his man in stride. But what do I know.

It sounds to me like they did what they are going to have to do to win this year. They ran the ball, let AP score the bulk of the TD's and went to the WR's when the defense cheated too much toward the line. Martyball is the way for us to win this year.

We had a 14 point lead though. We shouldn't have needed all that to win by 3, the defense shouldn't have given up the 2 huge plays at the end, or really the first TD either. Hester's return started off with a block in the back. Berrian's TD was because Winfield tripped. Mccaulley dropped a sure INT before the last 2 td's happened.

I do think TJack needed to make a couple plays with his legs rather than wait so long for someone to get open. He had nobody close that time he threw down the sideline to wade, who was covered. Other than that i loved most of his throws, they were for the most part on target. 4 or 5 hit guys in the chest which is better than behind them, but hopefully he found his flow and will lead guys so they can catch and bring in next week.

I though Tarvaris had a very fine day. Stretching the field with an early bomb and throwing one other solid ball to Ferguson in the end zone shows that he can make big time throws.
Not throwing any interceptions against an opportunistic defense shows that he can make smart throws, throw-aways and tuck and runs. Add in a handful of legitimate drops and he was fairly on target throughout most of the day. I am starting to really like a future of 8-in the box for All Day leaving T-Jack to find the open receivers.

i thought tjack had a good day, should of had at least one more td if not two, the one to ferguson should have been caaught and the secong pass rice dropped could of gone to the house. the wide outs just need to catch the ball
