Re: TJACK vs. CHICAGO
Some of his throws were very good. That one down the sideline to Ferguson in the end zone was a great throw that just wasn't caught.

I'm happy with his performance, even though there were some little mistakes there's no doubt he'll be great

Re: TJACK vs. CHICAGO
Good enough. He will get better with time. Some receivers that can catch would help too.

I'm not impressed....look what we had to do to win by 3:
-2 INT's
-200+ yards/ 3 TD's / 50+ yard kickoff return from Peterson
-55 yard field goal by Longwell
Now imagine if T-Jack had 1 or 2 interceptions....we got lucky. Something's got to happen with this secondarySean Saunders

Regardless of what we had to do....We won!

I agree completely...we showed our strength at running the ball and that we have talent (peterson), and these are things that we can take to dallas with us next week. We did everything right today and still almost lost...either way Go Vikings!

Re: TJACK vs. CHICAGO
At first, I thought Tarvaris had an adequate day, with some bad plays and some drops by our WRs.
But I took another look at the game - great day by Tarvaris.
The stats weren't amazing, but they don't tell the story on two things:
-drops by our WR (between 6-8, depending on what you call a drop); and
-whether Tarvaris was making good reads
The second one is what really impressed me.
On not one pass play did he throw the ball to a receiver when it could have been picked.
What we've seen in the past is that even when our QB doesn't throw any picks, there are at least 3 or 4 passes that could have been picked off.
None yesterday.
Very impressive performance from Tarvaris in my book. When the age of the Vikings came to a close, they must have sensed it. Probably, they gathered together one evening, slapped each other on the back and said, "Hey, good job." - Jack Handey [Deep Thoughts]
