Re: TJ to start
It's good to see him get a chance to show his stuff for an entire game.
I just hope he doesn't end up getting injured again.
On a side note & I don't know if they showed it on TV, but when Childress finally put in T-Jack yesterday & T-Jack took the field, the fans at the dome gave him a standing ovation.

Re: TJ to start
wow.How did Johnson handle the benching? "I don't know," The Chiller said.
Johnson was asked what his coach told him. "We didn't talk," Johnson said.
Was that similar to his benching in Chicago? "We never talk," Johnson said.
Good to know the coach forges meaningful relationships with his most important players.
1) i love how they refer to him as the "chiller"
2) that is comforting to know that our players are tight w/ the coach.
:
i mean seriously, what kind of coach never talks to the quarterback??? or is this more common than i think and it happens w/ every team?

Re: TJ to start
Is whoever wrote this is trying to imply that Childress play calling is the reason Tavaris Jackson, a.k.a God's gift to the Vikings, will not succeed?Jackson threw an interception with 1:54 remaining, committing the ultimate crime in this offense - daring to throw into the end zone - and the coach corrected his new quarterback. "He said I need to check down or run the ball and live to play another down," Jackson said.
...If he doesn't succeed in the NFL, it won't be for lack of arm, legs, work ethic or composure.
