Time to Can the WCO aka KAO

its old, its unaffective, and it doesn't fit our future QB Tjack.

I think Tjack is more of a Vick-out the shotgun... Run n Gun, Marty Ball guy.

This SHOULD be a big play offense with Sidney Rice, Percy Harvin, Bernard Berrian. We got 3 fucking deepthreats and Shaincoe.

Then the Beast from the middle east, Adrian Peterson -_-.

The Tampa 2 is also inaffective. We need to go get a lockdown corner, and run the blitzburg Defense. You see when Greenbay started blitzing, their defense became great. Our Blitzing schemes suck ass.

but i know the Tampa 2 might not go, butt please get rid of the WCO.

Considering how much Favre (who will start on Sunday, you can be sure of that) talks about loving the WCO and how he could teach it, I doubt you'll see any change.

Thanks to Josdin for the awesome sig!

This year, no. Next year? Maybe.

I'm a fan of ditching the T2 before the WCO.

however, you comparason to GB doesn't really work. the 3-4 D Really is all about blizing. Blitzing a guy, so the OL doesn't know who/how to pick him up, and hopefully find a hole. That's the whole point of it.

I think we could shift out of the WCO pretty quickly, but changing the defensive scheme is gonna take aleast 2 years if you elect to use the draft.

Besides, our offense is pretty close to what the new offenses are going to look like if you think that the new trend is smaller/faster like the Pats are now running.
Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v343/josdin00/Vikings/Marrdro_sig.jpg

We need a New OC and DC. Hopefully Fraizer won't try to coach the defense himself -_- Wade Phillips already made that mistake.

    Draft needs

OL/S/LOLB/FB/Fast/elusive 3rd down Running back! lol

    Free Agency needs

    QB/CB/S/OC/DC/

Can anyone tell me our future opponents for 2011

I hope we can get Marty ball for an OC, how beautiful wud that be.

I can tell you 14 of the 16 opponents for next year.

    Packer (x2), Bears (x2), Lions (x2)
NFC South - @Carolina, @Atlanta, NO and Tampa Bay
    AFC West - @SD, @Oakland, KC & Denver

Remaining 2 opponents will be determined based upon the Vikings' division finish. Given today's standings, (Vikings finish 3rd in NFC North) that would be the Redskins and 49ers. Not sure how the determine which one of those 2 games is a road game.

There is nothing wrong with the Walsh style WCO if run correctly and with the right personnel. The Vikings did not run a Walsh style WCO, in my opinion.

The Packers just beat the Vikings 31-3 with the WCO.
