i don't know if i'd go that far, but he definitely needs to be gone if we don't make the playoffs. we have a lot of new players on the team and i'd give them this season to gel together and i think we'll be a serious superbowl contender come superbowl 41. don't get me wrong, i think we can go this season, but i think we have more of a chance after our team has developed chemistry amongst one another. just my two cents
