Is Tice a good teacher?

While I feel Tice is good in the draft I do feel as a teacher and leader on the field he is just plain lacking. I also say that Catrell looks like he wants to lead this team. So my biggest question will be can the front office keep a cap on this or will we see a change in coaching either in midseason or at the end of next season?

I also like Mikey, but this is it. He either has a good year and advances to the second-round or NFC Championship (and no 8-8 second round, if we lose before NFC title game we best still have 11 or 12 wins) or he is gone.

I've also been wondering how ol' Tice is going to do with no Randy Moss to deal with and all the changes that have been made...as much as I like Tice as a person and an assistant coach...from what I've seen...he's no head coach. I think he's too much of a gambler at the wrong time...too much player in him still. As well, I think we had way, way, way too many penalties on both sides of the ball. That to me is a coaching responsibility. If we do well this year, I think it'll be more due to our offense working well without all the injuries we had...and the defense playing what should be a more consistent game. To be honest, I think Tice will get the boot after this season.

if tice has a good year, he'll stay....if he has a bad year he'll be gone.
