For starters, how about a coach for performance clause. Like, keep his base pay, and add a hundred grand for each yard less the opposing team starts out on after kickoffs....Right now, its at the 40. Make him coach for his pay.
Then, deduct 100 grand each time the Vikes commit more penalties than the oppsing team.
Add the 100 grand if less.
Turnovers, FG percentage, Wins, losses,...
Each game would be a direct impact on his salary.
If that happened, I guarantee you that we would have the best kicker in the league.....
