true he wouldnt be as good defending a #1 wr, but thats not what we need him for. he would be good to have in for nickel and dime packages. obvioulsy if you team him up against someone like moss or TO he'll get beat as most do, but he is not a bad db. if we had him at nb we would have one if not the deepest cb positions in the league

Ralph Brown is a better cover corner than him. I say cut him and sign rashard anderson.

Ralph Brown? I would be sick to my stomach if Ralph Brown was our nickleback. That would mean about every 3rd and long, The offense would just complete a pass to our slot receiver for a first down. I'm not backing this up with any evidence, but neither are you. No way Ralph Brown is better than Brian Williams. Brian Williams could be a starter for some NFL teams, Ralph Brown couldn't.

I am just glad Brian Russell is gone...talk about overrated. What is it with the Browns taking our safties any ways...First Robert Griffith and now Russell..no wonder why the Browns cannot win more than 5 games a year.

Hey I like Ralph Brown. He never made any real mistakes. he's fast and has a nack for the ball

here should be our secondary and backups

corner string 1 Antoine Winfield string 2 Ralph Brown String 3 Adrian Ward
corner string 1 Fred Smoot string 2 Rashard Anderson string 3 Rushen Jones
Free Safety String 1 Darren Sharper String 2 Ken Irvin
Strong Safety String 1 Willie Offord String 2 Dustin Fox

Hey I would love to see Brian Williams as a backup SS to Offord and good on the kickoff team. He would be such a better SS than a corner because he is more physical and not as good in coverage. That is if he comes in and accepts his role.
