Thank You Cajun for the Gumbo!
Seriously, the gumbo that Cajun brought to the tailgating yesterday was so fricken good that it deserved its own thread.
;D I didn't want talk about records, or officiating, or Childress, or the OL, or whatever to pollute it.
That, my friend, was some of the best tailgating food I have ever had!Zeus wrote:

Re: Thank You Cajun for the Gumbo!
Agreed 100%. It was worth watching that horrible game just for that awesome food.

Re: Thank You Cajun for the Gumbo!
Agreed. Excellent Gumbo and red beans and rice Cajun. And a shout out to Mr. & Mrs. Shockzilla for surrendering their kitchen and helping prepare this feast, until the wee hours of the morning. I know you guys didn't get much sleep.
Also like to compliment Purplepat on his fine chicken on a stick. As you can see from my avatar, I like things on a stick.LOL!
And if anyone wants to pm any recipes to me, I will " try this at home".“What takes a quarterback to the next level is not arm strength or mobility or any of that stuff. It’s the ability to play on critical downs. Manage third downs, or red zones or four-minute or two-minute situations"

Re: Thank You Cajun for the Gumbo!
Thanks for the special thread....and I am glad that I could provide a little spice to the tailgate...in addition to the "Dash of Spice" that I try to provide here.
Who's gonna bring some of their traditional food NEXT TIME???
We have any tailgaters of Italian, Greek, Spanish, etc. heritage that want to step up to the plate???
(pun intended)
And Ned don't go off on this thread too!!!BANNED OR DEAD...I'LL TAKE EITHER ONE
