Okay some clarification from Jeff Anderson, Asst. Director of PR, on twitter:

if you're turned away that night, the original ticket owner account will receive a full refund.

if you bought from a re-saler, like ebay or stubhub, you have to take up any refund with the seller, otherwise you're SOL.

I have had 4 people already ask me if I had any extra tickets(sold my 2 extra already). On craigslist the cheapest uppers are going for $60 each, over $100 for lowers. I think those will go up as we get closer.
Just the fact that it's on the UofM campus during winter break is enough.

These are the best seats I have had at the dome, and now they punk me to general admission. Bastards!
