I called the Ticket Office, but they are not answering the phones. The message says that they are closed, but the hours are listed as open until 5.

What about us single ticket holders? If we don't show up, we're out 30 bucks a ticket for 200 level seats? Nice.

Exactly. I'm not going to drive 4 hours to stand in line for ANOTHER 4 hours just to be either 1. Turned away or 2. End up with a way shittier seat than what I paid for.

No, I'm talking about the 29 dollar 'value' of the ticket. We're only refunded the difference, not the entire face value of the ticket if we don't attend. My tickets were $65 each for upper level.

If you got them from ticketmaster (meaning "The Vikings") and paid $50, those are NOT "nosebleeds", in terms of the Dome.

For everyone with singe game tickets, according to the VIkings,

For single-game purchasers, a credit will be applied via Ticketmaster.

if you bought from a re-saler, like ebay or stubhub, you have to take up any refund with the seller, otherwise you're SOL.

That is listed in the section for used tickets. There is no section applying to unused tickets. Hopefully this applies to both but it does not actually say that.
